Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

I walked in with absolutely no idea what I was doing when it came to designing an engagement ring, but Sandy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through all the different options and helped me design the perfect ring. The final product was stunning, and my fiancée was over the moon with it. My husband then used Musti to custom design my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band. We’ve also recommended Musti to others who’ve been really happy with his work. What sets Musti apart from the rest, is his attention to detail and commitment to perfection. He will run through several different mockups with you until you’re satisfied with the final product. He takes immense pride in his work and would rather take his time to get it absolutely right, than rush through and give you something that’s not what you envisioned. He truly is a genius. Candace Howard I absolutely love this product and the company! My rings are beautiful. So smooth and pretty. I’ve had them for almost two months and have never taken them off. I shower in them, use lotion and oils. They do not/have not tarnished, faded or changed in any way. I have sensitive skin and metal allergies so i can’t wear any and all jewelry. But this has not given me any issues whatsoever. The owner was so helpful and patient with me, and had no problems communicating and answering questions. It was a very personal experience like I was shopping in store. She helped me ensure I was getting the correct sizes. And I really appreciate all her hard work and personal touches to make this experience great for her customers. I can’t say thank you enough.
