5 /5 Ruben Davila: Highly recommended, all the girls there are very professional and I’ve never had an issue through the phone or in person, I’ve gotten my kids there watches and jewelry here. Every single piece has been high Quality and never had an issue. There Manager is very knowledgeable and makes sure I leave with a smile.

2 /5 Sandra Melendez: I would have given this place 5 stars had they followed up with me on our conversation for wedding bands. They were going to sell me double bands for a ring and I wanted to order the specific bands for my ring. The lady working was awesome she answered all of our questions and showed us all of our options. I wanted to order bands. They wanted to talk with their jeweler and call me the next day. I never received a call. These people missed out on over a thousand bucks because they couldnt make a simple follow up call. A simple yes or no would have been great.

1 /5 Joseph King: Poor service and management. I bought a trio set in December and when I had my wifes ring resized it came back with missing diamonds. When i took it back 30 minutes later the manager asked me if I had taken them out. I just got my ring back a couple weeks ago. They take three months to report to the credit bureau so it looks as if im not making payments. My account has been paid in full for over two and a half months now and my credit still shows I have not paid anything since March. My credit had gone down instead of up thanks to this place. When I call customer service they they never help. Horrible experience.

1 /5 Derek Warburton: I have had the worst overall experience dealing with Daniels Jewelers. They have owed me my refund balance on my account for over 6 weeks. I have called them on numerous occasions and every time they have told me a different story. This company does not know how to treat their customers at all. I have no idea how they stay in business with their practices. Avoid dealing and supporting Daniels Jewelers in any way, shape, or form

5 /5 Sir Jones 78: Thanks to Daniels they cleaned my ring for free and helped me to pick out a new ring for my wife. Izzy provided great custo?er service. I will return. They have the best quality jewelry in my opinion.
