Paul spent exclusive time with us in helping us understand all our options while providing us with precious and relevant advise about the jewelry. My experience was awesome from beginning to end, not rushing through it, he patiently listening to what I was looking for and closing out the experience with the loveliest prayer and wishes. Kimberli Coons Great customer service and super fast turn around. I was a little worried ordering through the mail but it was much better than I could have expected! I did mess up on my first mold and just went to the local jewelry shop and paid them $60 to make a mold instead of keep trying, it was definitely worth it.
