Morgan As an event coordinator: I had Adore and Joy join our stores third anniversary party and she was wonderful! Professional, showed up on time, communicative, organized, she even took great photos/videos of the event and made sure to tag us on IG. As a customer: I got an ankle bracelet and she had a great selection of chains. Again, she was very professional, had all the supplies she needed, checked her work after she was finished, and I love my new jewelry. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Theyre bilingual, which made communication super easy for me. I brought in my solid gold ring to be resized, and it was ready in just two days! They did a perfect job—I honestly can’t even tell that they added gold to make it bigger! While I was there, I also found a beautiful necklace and they gave me a great deal on it. I’m so happy with both pieces and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jonathan DeBoy This was my first time buying a Rolex. David was very prompt and professional; it took him only a week after I gave a deposit to find my Milgauss. He even took off the case back so we could see the little Easter egg on the faraday cage (B vector is the symbol for magnetic flux density). A very pleasant experience. If you’re a first time buyer and paranoid: yes I used Zelle for deposit. Yes the name came up as Michael. Yes I wired the money before meeting him since she had to buy the watch. He has a store front and multiple businesses in this field, I had no doubt that he would send the money back if there was a problem. He was very open and honest.

Nina and Hannah were so nice and great help with choosing my engagement ring and band to love forever, especially their patience with my multiple preferences and indecisiveness. I wish there were a couple more different styles in store that I saw online as well, but I ended up choosing the one I was looking at the most. I had issues online with the credit card that they helped to do in store instantly.
