5 /5 Jade: My partner and I went to dozens of jewelers and did months of research when we were trying to find my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldnt find it anywhere. When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.

5 /5 Marie Takeoka: Found this place on Yelp and they didnt disappoint. I took a ring to have them fix the prongs and they said to give them a week but it was done in a few days. Looks wonderful, they cleaned up the ring as well as any other jewelry I had on me for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought of getting another ring fixed, but was informed that it really wasnt worth it unless I had emotional attachments to it. So I appreciated that because they could have easily taken my money and sent me on my way. I will be coming back!

5 /5 Justin Cotter: Went here for our engagement ring. Howard was amazingly helpful and reasonable, fair on pricing, and great on timing. I couldnt think of a single thing to complain about, and staff is obviously very knowledgeable. I hope to send my kids here one day.
