I would encourage anybody who has something to pawn or sell to go to best jewelry and loan. And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

Chhavon Pin The man is a craftsman! He was very patient and shared his expertise with me. Worked with and advised me on two pendants of ivory. I wanted a more ornate design and of course he could do it. He advised it would cost more and wouldn’t add functionality as far as fastening the piece and aesthetically it would take away from “nature” or it’s look. Most of his business is repeat and referral, which is telling of any outfit. I was referred. He is very busy, it took at least two weeks but we are happy!

Nina and Hannah were so nice and great help with choosing my engagement ring and band to love forever, especially their patience with my multiple preferences and indecisiveness. I wish there were a couple more different styles in store that I saw online as well, but I ended up choosing the one I was looking at the most. I had issues online with the credit card that they helped to do in store instantly.
