Josh Neuman Altana was amazing to work with from the very beginning. She helped us design a stunning engagement ring that incorporated heirloom family stones, which turned out perfectly. She made everything feel approachable and enjoyable throughout the process, and even educated us about selecting diamonds. We loved working with her (and loved her work) so much that we came back for our wedding bands. Altana is not only incredibly talented, but also a truly lovely person — easy to talk to, supportive, and now someone who feels like a meaningful part of our engagement story. Listens to you with an open heart Instinctively knows what is needed and goes the extra mile to make it happen We wanted to design our own wedding rings. A little overwhelming as we did not know very much about the art of jewelry making, but Gregory patiently guided us through the process. Lots of details and effort. Excellent customer service I stopped by on a Friday afternoon needing an engagement ring resized so that I can propose the next day. She told me to give her to the following morning to get it done. She got it done quick very clean Work. You can’t even see where it got resized perfect, and showed it to me. Great service it’s a family owned business and it feels like it very much it feels like at home super welcoming will definitely come back for any of my needs . Thank you Natalie you’re awesome!

I love how Magda was honest enough to recommend that we see Caesar about a diamond to set. We missed him, but were blessed with guidance from his wife, Connie. You helped make the 10 worth it girl!! She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!! Zandy Annette was so amazing, sweet, helpful and she made our experience very enjoyable! We felt very comfortable with her, she showed us many engagement ring designs to fit our personalities.
