Their selection is both current and timeless, offering beautiful pieces of their own design and other contemporary designers. I have found them to be knowledgeable and patient - they truly want you to end up with jewelry you will cherish forever. Darlene Ramirez Shop is super cute! The minute I walked in Karla was so welcoming and sweet. I came in to gift shop for a very close friend of mine and I had to come back for myself! So much cute option and my favorite part when I come is to talk to and see sweet Karla!

Paul Waters Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.

Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.

Sophie Bond I went in for a helix piercing and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. The staff was welcoming and attentive when helping me choose the right jewelry size and placement, and their selection was beautiful. The cleaning process was meticulous. They even demonstrated an iodine test on the needle to ensure it was sterile and safe. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and their encouragement to reach out with any questions during the healing process. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I would absolutely go back again!
