J Navarra I can’t say enough great things about Daniel’s Jewelers! Lexi and Neftali were so kind and helpful. Lexi fixed my son’s watch in no time and made the whole experience so easy. The store is full of beautiful jewelry at great prices, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. This is hands-down the best place to go for jewelry and watch repairs. Highly recommend!!!

Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

Christa Bradford I dropped in late to have my antique wedding band and a necklace repaired. They had both finished and in spectacular condition for less than a 100.00. Not only were the pieces ready in 2 hours, they informed me my wedding band was platinum and not white gold. But still stood by the white gold quote. I highly recommend them for jewelry repair. On a side note, they also have beautiful jewelry for sale.

Sherry Huff My parents had a ton of old jewelry they had collected over many years and wanted to see what value was there. We went to Hope jewelers and met with the owner Jimmy and he was extremely patient with my elderly father and went through each piece carefully. Jimmy was honest and made us feel very comfortable with his valuations. My dad ended up leaving very satisfied! We look forward to building a lasting relationship with Hope Jewelers!

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

Pooja Srinath I came in today with a ring stuck in my finger, and it was giving me a real pain. The staff was super helpful and tried their best to keep me calm while they worked to cut the ring off. It was a bit of a struggle since the ring had been on for a while, and platinum is super tough to cut through (it’s 30 times stronger than gold!). But overall, I had a great time at the store and always find the perfect jewelry there.

Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.
