Nina and Hannah were so nice and great help with choosing my engagement ring and band to love forever, especially their patience with my multiple preferences and indecisiveness. I wish there were a couple more different styles in store that I saw online as well, but I ended up choosing the one I was looking at the most. I had issues online with the credit card that they helped to do in store instantly.

Naeem Pruitt Ariel was super helpful and was super kind when helping me puck out the right earrings for me. I originally wasn’t planning on buying, just looking and after she showed me some of the options I ended up leaving with a set. Thanks again to Ariel for the help.

Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.

Jeff Bottoms Great quality, and excellent one on one service. Dave is awesome! I had two rings made for my wife. An engagement ring to my specs and her eternity diamond wedding band. The engraving was incredible and everything turned out perfect. The best part of it was picking out the diamonds that I wanted to be placed in her settings. My wife had my wedding band made by Dave as well and filled it with diamonds. I was also looking for a specific ring. I told Dave what I wanted and he actually had it in stock. I had a Diamond charm and necklace made as well. Of course you cannot beat Daves price. GO SEE HIM!

Listens to you with an open heart Instinctively knows what is needed and goes the extra mile to make it happen We wanted to design our own wedding rings. A little overwhelming as we did not know very much about the art of jewelry making, but Gregory patiently guided us through the process. Lots of details and effort. Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.
