She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability. It’s great to work with small independent businesses that support the community and the public at large. Looking forward to my next timepiece from Dioro Stellar !

Their hospitality is just heartwarming and their store is an absolute pleasure to be in. The whole environment is very intimate. They are caring, kind and very knowledgeable about everything Jewelry and more. They are very observant as well. I’ve been taking my jewelry pieces to them for cleanings and repairs for a while now and was happy when during one visit I was recommended and paired with a nice flex herringbone bracelet to match my flex herringbone necklace that I bought over 35 years ago at JCPenney‘s during Black Friday. I must admit I am very fond of my bracelet, it is beautiful and a perfect addition to my herringbone necklace and I have had it going on two years now and already, it’s one of my pride and joy. I can go on forever and ever about how pleased I am with their customer service and expertise.
