Verenice C When no one else would work on my ring. Someone recommended Fusion jewelers to my husband and as soon as he got there Javier told him there was no problem that he could work on it! Resized it polished and it came out beautiful! They do great quality work there! We have since taken other rings and jewelry to get serviced and outstanding customer service every time!! They made my dream wishbone necklace which has such special meaning to me since the diamond was given to me from my mothers first diamond in her wedding ring. They also made new studs on the back of my wedding earrings and they fit perfectly for my wedding day. Stucki Jewelers always provides excellent service and they were so excited to create my jewelry and make the changes necessary for me to wear all my beautiful jewelry on my wedding day!

Salt Jewelry Studio & Gift Store - Santa Cruz
Ruth Ann Barrett Must visit this shop in Santa Cruz. Sarah is top notch jewelry designer as well as a collector of objets dart which are not necessarily very pricey but you value for their beauty and craftsmanship. In addition to earrings I bought some wonderful Japanese incense, a small Asian inspired round wooden box with cover for my smaller earrings I wear frequently, and a long necklace to dress up some plain T’s I wear in the summer. I spent a good bit of time in the shop and enjoyed the conversation with Sarah as she re-strung one of her necklaces I inadvertently broke and which was a gift from a friend. Here are some pics of my “finds.” It took an hour to drive from the East Bay to enjoy the day at the beach to include, of course, a visit at the Salt Jewelry studio and then lunch!

Something Fine - Seal Beach
No Way I did not want a pre manufactured ring from a corporate store. I wanted a custom made ring and came to a little mom and pop store here in Seal Beach. Had it made and it was a little big. We asked if we could design it smaller and they did it with no hassles. This was the best decision ever. The owner was very professional and since it was a wedding ring she knew the importance and never once tried to upsale us or pressure us into anything. She helped design it from the beginning with drawings, then from drawings she made a wax ring, then molded the gold. Beautiful!!!

Robert ordered so many diamonds on line and made multiple phone calls to assure those diamonds arrived before the sale ended so I would have many options to choose from. He provided exceptional and tireless costumer care for us to walk away with the best diamond at the best price. Lucy and Robert are two gems at Kay, they gave us their true opinion to pick out the best jewelry. Costumer’s satisfaction is their goal at Kay and we’ll definitely go back.

Perla Castro Tina helped me get my white gold ring resized from a size 6 to 7.5 in under 30 minutes. Once we determined the right size, she personally walked me over to her uncle’s repair booth. I really appreciated being able to watch the entire process and never losing sight of my ring. The resizing cost was $50. Highly recommend! The booth is located toward the back of Suite 14.
