1 /5 Atkins Mr J (Spookie): A few months back I had a terrible experience at Bonitas Jewelry. When I went in to pick up my bracelet, they tried to give me the wrong one. I asked the employee to compare the measurements with my original receipt, but she couldnt find it because they had cut too much off. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong gold.
The employee kept blaming everything on the jeweler who did the work and refused to take any responsibility for the mix-up. After I showed her pictures I had saved from before my visit, she miraculously found my original jewelry days later. This feels dishonest, and I cant help but think they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They even tried to get me kicked out when I questioned their service. I do not recommend this place at all—save your time and money!
