I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!

Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

Nelson Rodriguez Shout out to Andrew for helping make this difficult process, for me at least, to choose a promise ring for my lovely girl friend. I am not a fan of buying jewelry. He has made this process easy for me and I do not feel ripped off or pressured like most jewelry stores. I tried shopping at my local stores and couldn’t find anything and also felt pressured. I found jewelry masters by accident but must be destiny cause I am very pleased with their business and customer service and helpfulness. For as long they are around I they shall have a customer. FYI I have no ideas where they are located and I’m in NY. This transaction has been completely online and over the phone. A very pleased customer.

She set us up with an appointment during one of their diamond shows, and remembered our faces and names several weeks apart. Never before has a chain store made such an impact.
