Lowell and his staff went beyond my expectations from when I first dropped the ring off until I picked it up today. There was a slight delay (several days) which Lowell kept me abreast of. 5 /5 Bob Campbell: Saw the Quartz Gold ring on the website and I contacted Lowell Daniels about making a custom ring for my Wife. I explained to Lowell that it was our 45th Wedding Anniversary at the end of June. I told him what I liked about the ring pictured on the website. I indicated that my Wife didn’t like channel set round diamonds and ask if the ring could be made with onyx or black coral. I indicated that he would have talk to their Jeweler to confirm, but was confident that they could. The following day he contacted me indicating they could make the ring using onyx. Lowell took the size information and I ordered the ring over the phone. A couple of weeks later Lowell sent pictures of two different Quartz Gold stones with where the stone would be cut and polished. I called him and agreed on which of the two stones to cut for my ring. Three weeks from my first phone call I received a gorgeous custom made ring. Two weeks before our anniversary. I highly recommend Silva’s Fine Jewelry and Lowell Daniels.
