andrea garcia I stopped by SueƱo Jewelry Studio to get one of my stones replaced from my ring. Emmanuel was able to repair my ring and also cleaned it up that same day. I havenā€™t seen my ring this clean in over 5 years, looks brand new! Left very satisfied and definitely coming back! Highly recommend!!

They 3D print the rings, so you can get any design you want often cheaper than what you see online or at other commercial jewelry stores. You can tell they care about the quality and service they provide. I sent them pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like an they sent back what they created in their program. It was about a two week process from start to finish. I am very happy with my ring, it came out amazing. We are getting married in July and getting our wedding bands made here, too.

Chris Lopez Christina is so wonderful, patient, and so nice. Through an email I explained my situation, which was an upcoming 35th Anniversary. Not only was Christina willing to email back and forth with me a few times, she even sent photos to me of rings that I was interested in. She held the ring for me, and long story short, when I was in town I visited the shop, and Christina really considered the ring I wanted to get for my wife and she made a new suggestion. I found an even more beautiful ring than the one I was originally interested in. Im sure my wife is going to love her new coral and turquoise ring next month for our anniversary. Max Haughin My girlfriend and I recently stopped by Brilliant Earth to get sized and check out some engagement rings. We did not have an appointment, but were let into the showroom and helped right away by Patrick. Patrick was extremely helpful, funny, and easy to talk to. They understood we were just browsing and didnt attempt to push us to purchase anything. We were a bit underwhelmed with the small inventory of rings and stones to look at, but it is a small showroom and they can only hold so much inventory. The showroom was clean and safe! Overall, it was a nice browsing experience and Patrick taught us a lot.

Austin Mancebo We came back to Elan after we had him design and create my fiancƩes engagement ring to have him create our wedding rings. We love how easy 1800 Loose Diamonds makes the whole process. We went to the showroom downtown to decide on materials and the initial designs. We then connected with Elan via text to finalize our designs. A week or so later and the rings were ready! I needed my ring resized a few times, as my knuckles are much bigger, but Elan was always happy to help each time. Highly recommend Elan and the whole family, and will come back for any more jewelry needs in the future.

The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)
