Great attitude, answered all our questions and just very kind overall. We didn’t feel pressured and had fun choosing out the perfect ring. Carol Harris I had my wedding ring resized several years ago. She did an excellent job at a reasonable price. When I dropped it off she pointed out that some of the prongs holding the diamond were lose I am sure I would have lost the marquee diamond soon if she had not repaired them. Just recently my daughter dropped off her great-grandma’s black gold ring to be resized, along with a “J” necklace her dad gave her when she was four. The necklace was very inexpensive but she has had it for almost thirty years. Once again Five Stars on quality workmanship, timely service and at a very reasonable price. If you are considering taking your precious jewelry to be repaired etc. Look no further.Carol Harris

christian sanchez I loved the service that I received at the Ventura store. Very nice sales representative (Carlos). And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings. They made them look better that other places where I took them before. Im very veey happy with their service and will sure be back again.

Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

Rena Angcaya Where do I even start! I went to Unicorn Jewelers for some information on a couple of jewelry pieces I had acquired, in addition I needed a watch repaired. The service from beginning to end was amazing! The pricing was fair and Fred was a wealth of knowledge on my vintage pieces. The store is much larger than I expected, it would have taken all day to browse the endless selections. All in all it was such a great experience and I will be back. Not only did they repair my watch on site, they also gave me all the details on my other pieces free of charge. Even the security team at the door was welcoming! Definitely worth a visit.

I was looking for a Seiko that I had a hard time finding online from a trustworthy seller. I was thrilled to know that Mimo’s had it in stock.
