Fiona was amazing and so helpful and took her time to explain how the bracelet could be fixed. I was so impressed .I will be taking my accessories there and also will purchase future jewelry from her. I wore my bracelet and my ring the same day and so excited about the results highly recommend Appelblom!

Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Perrier Margaux (Margaux Perrier Jewelry) Its important to me to know and trust where my stones are coming from without a shadow of a doubt. I absolutely love working with Caleb. Not only does he find the most insane, incredible stones, but the cost for the quality and peace of mind knowing I can trust his pieces (and his eye), is not something that is common or replicable. Youll find it a challenge to meet anyone better or more enjoyable to work with. So grateful our paths have crossed and work in partnership with him. I find that it is an immense honor creating jewelry around such ancient stones that have taken sometimes millions of years to form, and knowing I am working with someone who honors them just as much, if not more? I mean... match made in heaven!

A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

Brian McDermott My wife and I bought a load of T-shirts and Hoodies in their Carmel store, as the choice is great. One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didnt notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service! Thanks again.
