Tom Hall Excellent work, well done, quick, and reasonably priced IMO. We went there to get something corrected that a previous jeweler had gotten wrong on a custom ring. I could tell Lee immediately understood exactly what we were looking for, and his work delivered on it. Greatly appreciated, Lee! And exceptional work!

Her eye for detail and her timeless designs have me get stopped pretty regularly because of their beauty. Highly recommend

I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about the costs—everything was explained clearly and priced very reasonably. Great service, great people. Maria Fumagalli I had a wonderful experience! The first pic is a before and the second is an after. I needed my mom’s ring that I am using for a wedding ring serviced. They tightened the setting, reshaped, and cleaned my ring in less than 2 hours for a great price. It looks amazing, and you can clearly see the difference between the two pictures. I will for sure be back! Thank you!

Kimberly We were visiting California and my friend took us in town specifically to see this shop. It’s just that great! I’m so glad we went! There are so many beautiful things, crystals stones, etc. There are many options for gifts and giftgiving. There were oils and incense and a selection of jewelry as well. There is also a great selection of books and unique tarot cards. The art in the store was beautiful and is also for sale. The staff was friendly and kind and I enjoyed chatting with them. The display cabinets were full of so many beautiful crystals! I can’t wait to go back!

Fermin Grande I’ve known Jose and Diego for about 6 years now. Over the years, I’ve asked them to make special custom jewelry for me. Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices. If you need custom jewelry or just jewelry in general, this is definitely the place to go in Davis. Jose’s and Diego’s personality and attitude towards customers is definitely commendable and it always makes me feel welcomed.

Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.
