Morgan As an event coordinator: I had Adore and Joy join our stores third anniversary party and she was wonderful! Professional, showed up on time, communicative, organized, she even took great photos/videos of the event and made sure to tag us on IG. As a customer: I got an ankle bracelet and she had a great selection of chains. Again, she was very professional, had all the supplies she needed, checked her work after she was finished, and I love my new jewelry. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Sheila Thompson If I could give more stars I would! Betty and Shirley are amazing and so much fun. They treat you like family from the minute you walk through the door. I was on a moderate budget and Shirley was able to exceed my expectations in what I could afford. In addition, Betty educated me on how to "dip" my gold jewelry instead of having to remount so that I could wear my tennis bracelet that I never wore because it was gold. They are my new besties!

Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

Layla Payte We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

She’s always flexible with scheduling appointments to your schedule & hers as well. Definitely would recommend someone to her. I would definitely go back to get more pieces from her !

mona reese It’s a really fantastic store! Like a “grown-up Claire’s.” Lots of great jewelry and you can Try on anything and everything. High quality piercing professional on staff who will recommend placement and jewelry if you need guidance. I recommend making an appointment but if they are free, they can accommodate walk ins. Super fun store and friendly staff!

Trevor & Chelsea Scott We were traveling to San Jose and brought my daughter and her friend to the Kendra Scott store and had the absolute best experience! The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends. We will be back as this is a location that we travel to often.

Amy I truly can’t say enough nice things about this place. I had some new lobe piercings done and it was easy and painless with great jewelry options. The real greatness came when I went in to ask if I should change out the jewelry in my daith I had done at another shop in town that was refusing to heal. They got me fitted with a gorgeous new ring and wouldn’t you know, two weeks later it already looks and feels better than it had for the last eight months! Everyone here is so nice, the jewelry is gorgeous, and they know their stuff. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
