Elisa Hirsch How lucky was I to come across this wonderful Jewlers! My watch had stopped working and I realized it was time for a new battery. Luckily for me, Kirk Jewelers is located in the shopping plaza off Russell Ranch Road in Westlake Village. Steve was absolutely wonderful…very polite, replaced my battery in less than 15 minutes and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!!

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Hannah19 Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring!!! We wanted to use heirloom diamonds from my stepmother, and so we didnt have a traditional setting in mind. David was patient with us as we showed him pictures and described the "feel" we were going for, he understood exactly the art deco / vintage style we wanted to create and designed the ring of my dreams! He was also flexible working with us as we lived out of town, he was available by phone and emailed the design once it was completed. David is truly a talented and creative designer, I am so happy with my ring. And they let me bring it in to be cleaned whenever needed. Highly recommend Executive Jewelers for any repair or custom jewelry work. They also have a nice selection of jewelry in the shop, though I havent purchased anything (yet!).
