Vader Mau5 I saw Paul for my engagement ring appraisal. I really appreciated him waiting for me since I got a flat tire right before my appointment. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. Ninoska Castrillo This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time.
