5 /5 Catherine White: This store is amazing, they have such a great selection all the time. Even after covid, it has survived where a lot of the JCPenneys disappeared. Their sales are great! And their prices are reasonable.

4 /5 April Tapaha-Madsen: I was pleasantly surprised with how this store was well stocked, organized, and clean. Will definitely be going back! The staff was friendly and helpful.

3 /5 Sriram Sampath: Nice collections of clothing; they have shut all the trial rooms (without any announcements) when the mall entrance is closed which is not good for the customers that are specifically coming towards JCP.

1 /5 John Bell: They wonder why thieft is so high and customer / employee satisfaction is so low... Perhaps try having more than 3 staff working during the day. One manager hiding, one slacking in jewelry, and one completely swamped at the only open register in the entire store! The line of about 20-30 people goes through half the store. This place is an absolute joke. So very poorly run. This isnt an isolated incident. I come here 1-2 times a week. Its been like this for at least 2 years, that I know of.

1 /5 Lorissa Peterson: The store manger Yolanda is disrespectful and unprofessional. I overheard the way she was speaking to her employees, and the way she talks to mall security is alarming. The store is dirty and disorganized. She has no people skills. No wonder the store is going downhill.
