Tessa Pulido I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

Peter Khokhlov Absolutely amazing! The product and the service! I called them Friday evening around 4pm. Told them I really had to have the item in a week. According to their rules, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, it will be processed next Monday. They processed it in one hour and it was in the delivery service that very Friday evening! I got it on time to make the gift. An awesome gift! My wife loved the Hawk cuff. Thank you very much, The Good Collective! I will definitely recommend you!!!

Pauline Cao We loved our experience at Brilliant Earth. Sophia was extremely helpful and patient since I was so indecisive. We came back twice for me and twice for my husband since his ring wasn’t in the showroom the first time around. Wished we knew you could request styles before your appointment! Would have save us a trip. Sophia did make sure that all the rings I requested were there at my 2nd appointment. Highly recommend!

Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place for appraisals or jewelry evaluations, I highly recommend coming here.

Lowell and his staff went beyond my expectations from when I first dropped the ring off until I picked it up today. There was a slight delay (several days) which Lowell kept me abreast of. Their price for services was appropriate. Most importantly I have a beautiful ring back and I have no doubt I will treasure it for years! You can trust Silvas Fine Jewelry!

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry is my personal jeweler because when I was looking for an old-school Figaro chain in 18K, he was able to get me one in a few days at an incredible price. Usually I dont like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.
