5 /5 evelyn caballero: Came in to Jared (Roseville branch) for some ring maintenance (prong tightening). I expected to have to leave my ring overnight but Victor Villarreal went above and beyond. He actually made sure my ring prongs were tightened l while I looked around the store! I am so satisfied, this is my new go to jewelry store for sure!

The team has always been professional and extremely nice each time I’ve come in and the item I bring in always looks 10000 times better when I leave. Trust Jared’s and swing in if you ever have the chance. Also Victor is an outstanding rep for the company aswell he’s just a solid guy who I trust with all my jewelry needs he’s always done right by me.

4 /5 Emma Adair: This place was absolutely so professional! I happened to work with the assistant manager Aria Newabi who was super friendly, kind, and helpful! My ONLY reason to give this place a 4 star was that I had to call to see if my ring was done and when I did there was no answer. I waited an hour or two called again and no answer so I had to go to the website and use their assistant chat which was easy to use and the lady who helped me was also very professional. I would 100% buy from here again!! Highly recommend!! Here is a photo of the gorgeous garnet ring I got. (It is amazing quality too!!)

Sabrina the manager, Sonia, and Carlos the manager for the repair center did an amazing job. I cant be more impressed by the professionalism ans kindness they showed us. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Jareds to choose this location. Above and beyond customer service and care!
