Kristina CĐ The Happy Heart is such a cute store. There is a variety of items and I appreciate that everything is clearly marked with its price. My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!). I’m extremely happy that we stopped by and I’ll definitely be making future visits.

Korynn Gonzales Went in store today to get my promise ring resized. I came out with a new necklace and my engagement ring!! Manager Ann and Tammy were absolutely amazing throughout our whole experience today. Customer service is always so wonderful and the Helzberg Diamonds warranty is top notch! Definitely will be lifetime customers.

Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! Lorraine Caballero I had such a good experience today with this lovely lady in the upstairs department. Her name is Mariana. & my husband and I were looking for some last minute things we needed. she was beyond helpful. & even when she knew the store didn’t have many options of what we needed she checked the availability of it everywhere she could. Gave us options. She went out of her way for us and we’re very grateful for her! She is awesome!
