1 /5 Gwen lace Brown: Beware of these dishonest jeweler. Not only was the lady EXTREMELY rude, but also lied when asked if it was a genuine stone, which was lab created. They were trying to trade for our natural stone and kept asking if we were going to take our stone with us. There is far more details about this sketchy situation but I would not trust this jewelery at all.

5 /5 Lejustin91: I personally want to thank the owner and staff that took care of my wifes ring. After receiving the ring back to repair a missing accent stone, I noticed that the new accent stone was slightly off in the color. Immediately turned around and brought it back in to have it inspected. The owner agreed with me on and said to give them a week or two to get a new accent stone. When I came back to pick it up again, they were able to get it done properly. Long story short, Id bring my jewelry back to this place. Rarely nowadays a business will acknowledge their mistake and will turn around and make things right. This is one of those businesses. Thank you Cottingtown Jewelers!

1 /5 Maria H: I spoke with Angie initially for a 2020 ring appraisal and certificate, and she was kind and helpful. I planned to pick it up when Ramona was in, as she had been fantastic during the purchase. However, my recent visit was a letdown. Ramonas customer service was unapproachable and rude, a stark contrast to our prior experience. She didnt acknowledge my fathers presence who accompanied me. I felt like I was charmed for a sale but got different treatment afterward. Ramona offered to clean my rings only after I left, which should have been done before. I appreciate the cleaning but was disappointed overall. Given my divorce, I needed the appraisal to start the process of selling my ring, and Angie mentioned the owner might buy rings, but Ramona said the owner wasnt interested. Inconsistent information left me disheartened. I wont return for future purchases.

2 /5 Christine Melody Price: I called on 10/16 at 10:08 a.m. to ask about getting a ring repaired and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked if she could break down the price, and she spoke to me as if she was annoyed I even asked. I will NOT trust my sentimental ring to someone who sounds like they dont care. I suggest others do the same.
