Despite being walk-ins, Nelson took his time with us, answered all of our questions, and guided us to the perfect ring without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for helping customers made all the difference. The selection was beautiful, and with his expert help, we found the perfect ring that I absolutely love. When we expressed she was our first stop there was zero pressure. She was confident we would be back (because she knew she was offering the best quality and price).
