1 /5 Brandon Davis: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Went here for a watch battery replacement after they opened, but the door was still locked. There was a lady inside who saw me, acknowledged me, and then went into the back office, presumably to get someone else, leaving me standing outside for several minutes, so I left. Would it have been too much trouble to open the door to let a customer wait inside, or better yet, be open and available for customers during the times you advertise?
Very sketchy business practice and poor customer service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
The business may respond to this with an excuse as to why they did what they did - it doesn’t matter. There is no excuse. Customers should not be treated this way, and customers that value their time should take their business to one of the many other better and more reputable watch repair shops in Monterey.
