In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. jeffrey gilreath I like this place because the man really tries to make sure your happy . I also like the nice Cuban lady who works there. He worked with me on many deals I was trying to work out. I always ended up a happy customer. And the Cuban lady is really nice and she answers my many questions without getting upset. That’s what a lot of other places do. Also they don’t pressure you. A lot of places do that too.

serenity shaylee Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare
