3 /5 Diane Johnson: be warned: they do not work on any jewelry that has lab diamonds. i called to ask about a ring resize, and they did not mention this, so i went in. i was told they do not support lab diamond jewelry. i also did not see anything about this on their website when i was researching jewelers. seemed like a nice store but it would have been nice to know before driving out to them.

Not only did El Paseo jewelers do a beautiful job on the repair, but the repair was 1/4 of the cost. It meant the world to me due to sentiment. I can now wear this piece without the fear of looking down to see if the stone is missing again. Extremely nice staff. Definitely will choose them again.
