Joshua Berglund Great experience buying an engagement ring from Nerces Fine Jewelry. Brought in a picture of a ring that I liked, and they custom made it with all the alterations I wanted. The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.

Veronica Roth Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!

Pallavi I have purchased gold many times here and had good experience. Recently I brought natural diamonds and the owner Pradeep is super helpful in making me understand all the details and did all customizations. Best purchase I am happy and highly recommend anyone shopping for natural diamonds, lab diamonds and gold. Btw- I also brought some lab diamond earrings which I got for best price and great for gifting as well. They also have machine which tests the diamonds. One of my friend brought natural diamond from another store and recently found out it’s not real so it’s always best to buy from the right folks. I would definitely buy here again!

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

I reached out to Alexis. She immediately got back to me with some excellent options. I spent no more than 15 minutes coordinating and was sent a beautifully wrapped present that could not have made my girlfriend happier.
