Helps out if you ever need to utilize this offer and for quick cash, they give a reasonable time to get your items out. Never gave me a hard time. They also have the most beautiful jewelry you can buy. I give this place 5⭐

1 /5 Ronald Vandermoon: This is just the facts... Ive been a loyal customer of Cassidys Jewelry & Loan, on & off, since 1980 at the age of 18, before entering into the US Army. Ive never allowed my loans to go over the 30 days to retrieve my property, in fact just 5 or 6 months ago I had pawned my Cannon 5Ds R, a pro level zoom lens, battery grip w/ 2 batteries. As usual, I paid the loan off within the 30 days and picked my photo equipment. Today I went into Cassidys to get another loan for this same set up with one additional pro lens... as I walked up to the counter, the first agent said "we dont take those!". I informed him that I had it in just a few months earlier. He looked up the loan for $160, and said I would only get the same $160. I explained that I was adding another lens and needed $240... he responded "NO, only $160!". He referred me to talk to the one who had given me the loan a few months back, he also said "NO!". I then asked to talk with the owner, I was told "he wont give you any more than Im offering you!" (I guess the owner has no authority in his own business?). I walked out saying to myself "Ill never come here again!!!!". over $5,200 worth of pro photo gear!! I drove straight to the Stockton Loan & Jewelry, where they said "no problem, Ill cover that amount ($240), but we need the charger, and Ill do it just for the body and the lens on it, you wont need the extra lens". I will now be coming to this business, since the one Ive been coming to for 39 years doesnt want my business anymore!!!! Have a Great Holiday Stockton Loan & Jewelry!! Youll be my first choice from now on!

5 /5 Theresa Huerta: The owners son attended me. He was courteous and professional. He spoke to me not down to me. I have been coming to this shop since I was in my late 20’s. I moved to the Bay Area for over 15 yrs to pursue my higher education. I am back in Stockton now, and it’s nice to see that the apples do not fall far from the tree. The young man who attended mean, was like his father and his uncle that I remember the Cassidy brothers many years ago. Thank you I will be back and continue to use your services. Thanks again TH.
