Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. sherwynn umali This was such a fun workshop to do with my best friend and would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to make a custom ring and have a fun activity to do solo or with a group!! The staff is lovely and talented. They did such a wonderful job of teaching us each step along the way—from selecting a ring size, shaping the silver, and adding texture and polish. The small group we were with had a fun energy and we each walked away with a special piece and now I wear mine daily.

They have always given us the most money as possible for items, they once bought items from another pawn shop and took over the loan during a hard time, given extensions, they are all incredible! But most recently they did something I cannot believe- a misunderstanding about a jewelry repair “quote” turned into a repair accidentally, instead of charging us —— THEY COVERED ALL OF IT “on the house” !!!!!!!!! My wife’s ring hasn’t looked like this since the day she got it ! So blown away with how amazing JUM-PAWN-IT is … HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!! If I could give 500 stars I would! Jeff Bottoms Great quality, and excellent one on one service. Dave is awesome! I had two rings made for my wife. An engagement ring to my specs and her eternity diamond wedding band. The engraving was incredible and everything turned out perfect. The best part of it was picking out the diamonds that I wanted to be placed in her settings. My wife had my wedding band made by Dave as well and filled it with diamonds. I was also looking for a specific ring. I told Dave what I wanted and he actually had it in stock. I had a Diamond charm and necklace made as well. Of course you cannot beat Daves price. GO SEE HIM!
