Icing - Santa Rosa (CA)

1 /5 Leniii: I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

1 /5 Rylee OMara: the staff was rude and had one girl had an attitudel. there was also only one girl out there, just one at the register, thats it. prices are crazy for crapy jewelry. dont go here can get better earrings at target for way cheaper.

1 /5 Sofia Timbol: Person who peirced my ears peirced it in the wrong place, and I was sitting still. The solution they gave me gave me swelling (and not just me but OTHERS TOO), and bleeding. She peirced BELOW where we agreed too and I had non stop swelling and bleeding. First time and last time peirced there, and I have other piercings from better places. Not good, I dont even know if the jewlery was sanitised. EDIT: She didnt put my hair up properly too. It was with too clips that were loosely placed and hair got into my piercings. My hair was up but i have baby hair and i asked her 3 times to make sure the clips were putting hair back.

1 /5 Itzel Garcia: Nasty gap tooth blonde hair worker was harassing me and my boyfriends little sister. She kept staring us as we were shopping and then said to get out of the store because we were stealing a scrunchy that i had pulled from under my jacket when all I did was put it on my wrist and then took it off my wrist.

1 /5 Renea Guerrero: 10/14/19 5:03pm. On receipt says her name is Lara. (Blonde older Lady) I was extremely unhappy with the service I received that day. Went to the mall to purchase everything for my daughters Homecoming event that day. When we went to Icing the lady at the counter would not take her eyes of my daughter and her friend. Even when I was with them and purchasing earrings with her she was so distracted on staring at them she prolonged the purchase. I bit my tongue because I did not want to cause a seen in front of the kids but that will be the last time I purchase anything from there. The kids were uncomfortable by her looks and making them feel not welcome. It is a fun store and why were there was suppose to be special. It is really unfortunate that she is driving business away. I am huge in customer service and she didnt even greet me when I walked in. She should not be in that line of business because she is driving customers away.
