I first came in to have a necklace made using gems from some of my mother’s jewelry, and the result was absolutely stunning—elegant, meaningful, and beautifully crafted. Since then, I’ve had a number of pieces resized, including my wedding and engagement rings, and I even had a custom diamond butterfly ring made using my mom’s old diamonds—it turned out better than I could’ve imagined.
My husband and I both rely on them for all our jewelry and watch needs. He once brought one of my necklaces in to be repaired, and they took great care of it. I’ve worked primarily with David and Alex, who are both friendly, personable, and a pleasure to talk to. They always remember us—even when we come in separately—which really speaks to the personal attention they give their customers. Everyone I’ve interacted with at the store has been kind and professional.
