Mary Suppiger I popped into this store to look at just a simple ring, and I was treated very well. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They made my experience so special, and provided wonderful customer service. Shout out to Javi. He is awesome. There was also another taller, white gentleman that helped me, but I forgot his name unfortunately. He was amazing at helping me find the right size. I left with a beautiful ring, and the desire to give this store more of my business. They made me truly feel like everyone is welcome.

Sandra Verboom I had 2 diamond rings resized. Wouldnt trust leaving my diamonds at just any jeweler, so drove 60 miles for peace of mind. They are honest, trustworthy, friendly, and do excellent work.

If you want a fair price for your high grade stuff then you have to deal with an honest knowledgeable dealer like Alex & Son Coins. Paige Simmons My finance came across this shop to pawn off some old jewelry for a new ring for when we get married. We had a family heirloom marriage band that we need a diamond to fit . We went to all major ring shops and jewelry stores with non of them being able to accommodate this set we had. Mid valley pawn took a look and the owner suggested he talked to his guy. Upon waiting they in fact able to find me the diamond I wanted and customized the set to fit perfectly! Im so happy that we chose this shop bc they made my dreams come true. Lisa Loh I have an old automatic watch that runs fast and has a broken clasp that needs fixing/overhauled. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.
