Never pushy to try and sell you things. He makes selecting and designing a ring an absolute ease but also a fantastic experience. My Fiancé and I met for a consultation and Harold was awesome and very informative. Then once I decided on what style and diamond I wanted to go with Harold, Ryan and Yolanda all took part in making sure I was updated on the status and when it was ready.
