We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. Marisa McGinnis Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. Ive been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think its a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.
