Vivian Pham Linda is extremely friendly, helpful and patient. I came in because my sister intended to buy a bengal, but sure enough I left with one too. She helped me find a quality jade that fit within my budget and was super informative. I have never been met with such amazing and personalized service buying jewelry. Everyone in my group was blown away by our experience there. Definitely paying her a second visit the next time I’m in SF!

Absolutely no pressure and the premiums over spot are the best in town. Huge selection and I never feel like hes trying to hard sell things. This is my new precious metals shop for sure. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

Brian Ellis Larry Stark was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and created the perfect engagement ring to give my fiancée. When I started shopping for an engagement ring, I attempted to find the closest approximation of the ideal ring at the big jewelry chains. The sales people I worked with were not very knowledgeable and were more interested in making a sale than making sure the ring was right. I decided to contact Larry and request a consult and quote on a ring. Larry set aside time to discuss the ring in detail, and provided design suggestions to make sure the ring would look great and stand up to everyday wear. He had no reservation about working with lab grown diamonds, and provided a very reasonable price and timeline. Larry contacted me regularly with updates, and was discrete to make sure my fiancée didn’t find out early. The ring turned out better than I had planned, and the craftsmanship is noticeable in all of the small details. After the proposal, we noticed the ring was sitting a little tight the next day. We took it into Larry, and he had it resized and back on her hand in the same day. It meant so much to both of us.
