5 /5 Shelly Alfaro: Ive been very glad my boyfriend is choosing this location and Brilliant Earth in general for my engagement ring. I couldnt give my boyfriend any guidance on what I liked because I didnt know where to start or what I liked. Madison has been really helpful throughout this journey and really patient with me! From the start, she made me feel very understood and listened to me and my interests. Shes made the whole experience special and personal. Every time I meet with her or chatted with her, I feel more confident and excited whats to come. Ive wanted to be hands off in the final decision, and knowing her support and her expertise, I feel confident my boyfriend is in good hands! Cant wait to see the final ring and grateful she and Brilliant Earth been a part of our story!

5 /5 Samuel Portillo: I stopped by without an appointment, which I don’t think is very common there, but I was pleasantly surprised there was only a short wait, and I was seated quickly with no issues. We were also dressed a bit too casually, but we were treated with respect and kindness. Rain Cruz helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had ALOT of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one thoroughly, she offered honest and realistic advice throughout. She really helped us narrow down our choice, and we ended up zeroing in on the ring we loved, all within an hour. I can’t recommend this place enough, and if you go, definitely ask for Rain!

5 /5 Teresa Vaught: I made an appointment online to look for wedding bands (which was super easy and convenient), and had the good fortune of being paired with Rain Cruz for my consultation. She pulled a number of rings for me based on the notes I left on the appointment scheduler and was very helpful with offering complimentary styles that I had overlooked. We took a full hour just to pick out my band, and she was patient and helpful as I slowly narrowed down my selection. I had a lot of opinions and she was kind and accommodating of all of them. She listened closely to what I liked and didnt about various styles and helped me zero in. Ultimately I am very happy with the selection I made and am excited to pick up my ring when it is ready. This was such a positive experience! The jewelry is beautiful, I was never rushed or pressured, and I love the ethical sourcing priorities of this company.
