1 /5 Kaishawn Carter: Lady at this place lied and said I would pay 2200 for a bracelet I bought, come to find out I had to pay 4000$ Through another company which doesnt make since because If I would have known I wouldnt have bought it. I Have the receipt at home and will add picture later. Definitely wont be buying jewelry here again and wouldnt recommend.

They work amazing around the amount me and my husband were comfortable paying, showed me awesome pieces that went with my budget. And all the pieces were HIGH quality and very beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location

1 /5 efrain torres: Bought a 14 k gold bracelet for 800 dollars and it was plated!! I feel robbed lied to and cheated they also ran more than one inquiry on my credit score and have impacted my score very bad .. be careful when you go to the Chula Vista place.

1 /5 Ela Covo: Terrible service! I had a bracelet that needed to be fixed. They sent it out to get fixed when I picked it up they had not fixed what was broken. After a week of not receiving a call from them (the manager said they did call and insisted on this.) I called to see if it was ready the manager said yes. When I asked her to check if it was fixed she said it was not and would have to be sent out again. (So if it wasnt ready why did she call me to pick it up?)
