Theyre bilingual, which made communication super easy for me. I brought in my solid gold ring to be resized, and it was ready in just two days! They did a perfect job—I honestly can’t even tell that they added gold to make it bigger! While I was there, I also found a beautiful necklace and they gave me a great deal on it. Anne Carr Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift immediately.

Josh Lee I was visiting Palm Springs from Vancouver, Canada. I stopped by and asked if I could see the Rolex Bubble-back I saw by the window-side. The owner was super nice - he knew I had no intention to buy anything, but he let me check out other watches (Omega Constellation, gold Bubbleback and rose gold Bubbleback). Giving this store a 3.3 star rating on Google is unjust. Anyone who had a proper encounter with the owner and the employees will know how friendly the place is. I hope to buy a Bubbleback from this store some time in the future.
