My husband and I just went in to get measured for our ring sizes... and left with a loose oval-cut sapphire and plans to make the ring in my head a reality. That really wouldnt have happened if these folks had acted like typical high-end jewelry store salespeople.

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Miriam Mendoza My parents and family friends had always purchased items for special occasions at Teresas. Which is why when we baptized our goddaughter I knew exactly where we needed to go. It was a good thing we were baptizing in California, since we moved to Wyoming in 2008. I had texted a picture of the beautiful necklace and pendant Enrique and Teresa had helped us pick out to a friend and she loved it! Flash forward to last year, this friend started planning for her daughters Quinceañera. I knew right away I wanted to be her sponsor for her necklace/pendant. I asked my sister to please go, take pictures and purchase for us. When we received the items I thought the bottom of the pendant was scratched/scuffed up. I called the store and spoke with Teresa who immediately offered to help getting it taken care of. I mailed out the items and the entire team helped get things taken care if. The pendant was not scratched/scuffed it turns out the angel below the Virgin Mary was a different color and that was why it looked that way. Enrique and Nancy helped take care of things, polishing and getting the pendant to look just as we wanted. Overall it was a great experience, even though we were in a completely different state!
