5 /5 Topia Ordawn: Me and My Fiancée have been coming to this Zales for years, we even bought our promise rings from here a few years back. We recently worked with them to design our beautiful custom white gold ring with a heart cut sapphire. Yep, that was us! Everyone was so helpful and nice during the whole process! Especially the people who helped us personally, shoutout to Guillermo and Ana! The designing went smoothly, and any adjustments that were needed were easily accounted for. From there, it was SO FAST!! Faster than we expected it to be!! Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience, and we even plan on getting our next custom ring here as well.

Truly one of the best times Ive ever had it was complicated made simple for me by them with all of their knowledge and recommendations as I had very little understanding of everything there. Even if youre just going to look or dont really know what to look for or what you want go to either of them and theyll help you figure it out RIGHT AWAY! 10/10 recommend them and had my family start going to them for future things as well! All around fantastic store and astonishing customer service!
