I was in a bit of a bind as my engagement party was approaching in just 10 days, but they told me it would usually take about 15 days to complete the resizing. Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly helpful and worked diligently to accommodate my request. To my surprise, they had my ring ready in just a week! I feel so lucky and thankful for their speedy and professional service. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know!
