The gentleman helping at the front was able to answer all my questions and shared some insider knowledge on what to look for what to ask the next time I visit a different jewelry store. They have a large selection for every budget. I ended up buying a small cross and chain for my son and they gave us all the time in the world to try different ones. Went above and beyond to go to their jeweler for resizing. They also bought a piece we had. Gave us an honest and amazing price for it. Definitely stop by!

The jewelry and art was very original, and the owner was sweet and fun to talk to. It was cool watching her work on a new piece of art and I ended up buying some beautiful earrings for a new friend, and a playful necklace for myself.

I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores.
