Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. They also have a sign that reads "we buy coins" in a shopping center with different food options if your hungry. I love people who love what they do and treat their customers fairly. I have brought multiple pieces of jewelry for repair and am never under satisfied. Their prices have been very fair and under asking prices of other repair shops. Still providing top notch work .
