5 /5 Niki Holland: I’m very impressed with this jeweler. I called as I was going to be in the area at the beginning of his lunch. He stayed open for me. He then gave me very honest feedback about the repair I needed which cost him money in the long run. I am so impressed with his honest feedback, I will be returning for any future jewelry needs.

3 /5 Bob Knoy: On the week of July 7th, I had a necklace Clasp replaced. The original had lost its capability of closing properly. I left the necklace with the jeweler, returned within an hour later and it looked and worked great. It was prompt, courteous service, however just recently the neckace fell off by itself. After examining the "new" Clasp it was found it is not closing properly AND it was not replaced with 14k; the jeweler used 9k, as examined by my home jeweler. I was not advised about the difference in the gold Clasp. It has only been a little over a month and I find this a little disturbing. Reminder: examine your jewelry when finished. I will be contacting Bench Jeweler.

5 /5 River Navaille: Great prompt service changing the watch battery in a special dome-faced watch that most places won’t touch. Just from meeting him it’s clear why he has the best reputation, both by word of mouth and in reviews. I will return with some rings I need re-sized… Thank you Mr. Jaime!!

5 /5 Tyler Jordan: I lost a diamond out of my wedding band while we were on vacation. I was absolutely devastated. I found this jeweler and not only did he replace my diamond he did a little extra work on my band to secure the remaining diamonds. My ring looks spectacular and the jeweler educated us on what had happened and what needed to be done ensure the diamonds were secure. He also cleaned my ring - absolutely incredible service, workmanship !!!!!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Just wish it was in San Diego.
