3 /5 Bob Knoy: On the week of July 7th, I had a necklace Clasp replaced. The original had lost its capability of closing properly. I left the necklace with the jeweler, returned within an hour later and it looked and worked great. It was prompt, courteous service, however just recently the neckace fell off by itself. After examining the "new" Clasp it was found it is not closing properly AND it was not replaced with 14k; the jeweler used 9k, as examined by my home jeweler. I was not advised about the difference in the gold Clasp. It has only been a little over a month and I find this a little disturbing. Reminder: examine your jewelry when finished. I will be contacting Bench Jeweler.
