Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Mr Nobody Five stars. Gold USA is the place for your gold jewelry needs in Sacramento. They have chains, rings , bracelets, pendants , grills, etc, and anything else you might be looking for. The family that run this place are good people. The owner Jon is the man , I was treated with respect through out my whole entire shopping experience. I came across this place through word of mouth and decided to walk in and browse their jewelry selection on display and came across a ring that I like, I asked to get it done in 14k gold and it was ready in two days, but because of my work schedule I asked if they can hold on to it until I picked it up on my days off. They agreed with no problems and upon pick up, I really appreciated the craftsmanship of the piece upon inspection, its good quality stuff and the price was really fair also. If you know anything about how gold jewelry works , dont hesitate to try this place, you wont be disappointed, the prices are fair. I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back again for future needs. It makes me happy to know Im in good hands, as I have dealt with sleazy business owners before. Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Farren Brown I was tasked with shopping for items to use in a silent auction. I met with Karen and was amazing. She was patient and attentive and helped me curate 4 great packages to use in the auction. Karen made great recommendations and didnt make me feel rushed or taken advantage of. She even agreed to package it all up for me to pick up the following day because I had to leave.
