He provided us with an estimate and sent the prototype a few days later. The process took a few weeks, during which we received several updates from the shop on the progress. Rob Scharf I had been to a number of jewelry stores looking for a nice watch to go on a silver & turquoise band I have had since 1977. The stores did not have anything &/or the personnel were snooty. That is until I walked into Ben Bridge at the Roseville Galleria where Vanessa G offered assistance. She was FANTASTIC. She guided us through the pros and cons of many watches at various price points and considered what watch would fit on my band. Once we selected the watch, Vanessa jumped through hoops to be sure the new watch fit my wrist with the new band then moved the watch to my old, sentimental band. She had to make some adjustments to my band so it fit perfectly and she did it flawlessly. Thank you to Vanessa G and Ben Bridge for making one very happy customer!! I will be back when buying something for my wife.

Christa Bradford I dropped in late to have my antique wedding band and a necklace repaired. They had both finished and in spectacular condition for less than a 100.00. Not only were the pieces ready in 2 hours, they informed me my wedding band was platinum and not white gold. But still stood by the white gold quote. I highly recommend them for jewelry repair. On a side note, they also have beautiful jewelry for sale.
