Magaly Michel Brought my engagement here for an inspection and left with a complimentary cleaning as well! Trinity, the associate that helped me was very welcoming and friendly. They ensured my ring was secure and even offered to clean it while I was there. They were very efficient as I was only in there for no more than 10-15 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.

Santos This place is a chaotic gem if you like bargain hunting. It’s full of small booths selling everything from clothes and jewelry to phone accessories. Don’t expect luxury, but you’ll definitely find deals. Some vendors are open to haggling. Its not for everyone, but I always enjoy the energy and variety here.

Tanner I came in for a Citizen watch adjustment after messing it up before a wedding I was attending. They fixed it perfectly and didnt even charge me for it. Great service!

I always check the price of gold before I buy 24k Thai Bhat, they were honest and even helped me pick out a gift for my son. They provide the proper paper work for insurance purposes and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They cater to a multi-cultural clientele and totally understand what I was looking for. Consuelo Chelo The place is super clean, the employees are amazing especially the manager Dave and the pretty women with the long hair name V. They are always there quick to help with any and all questions. I stop pawing my jewelry but good lawrd i get stuck buying a new purchase or another layaway which gets me coming in for all the time!!! Then the store sends me a 40% coupon with my paid pawns or layaways which in return gets me curious on what new stuff they have...There goes another purchase. I got to stop coming in. Love the store

Eduardo Juarez I went the other day to browse for a chain and I was received by one of the employees. Lizbeth was very helpful and took her time showing me many options. She showed great professionalism and patience with me although I was being difficult. I told her I would come back by the end of the month and purchase one of the chains she showed me.
