Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

Matthew T Cartier is exceptional in their service and overall experience. I bought a Santos de Cartier watch recently and wanted a few leather and alligator band options. The staff was amazing from start to finish and take the time with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I bought two bands and looked at my next purchase which will be a tank model.

C56 A0891 Yvette & Ozzy are neighborhood staples! They had this shop for many years on the corner of Wisconsin and Coast Highway. They do excellent repair work on watches and all jewelry. They saved my most favorite necklace of all time! Thank you so much! They have wonderful customer service and also have jewelry and other merchandise for sale. Their Kit Cat Klock collection is stellar!

They were so so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out with our new ring celebrating 15 years of love. They were patient as I asked to see a closeup of every ring I was interested in, they never once rushed me. My whole family was treated with kindness and they took my young daughter’s thoughts into account. Hillary Handelsman Working with Matthew was the best decision we ever made. He was so warm, welcoming and easy going through out the whole engagement ring process. He was so honest and asked all the right questions to understand (even better than I did!) what the perfect engagement ring was for me. I could really go on and on! In a world where some jewelers can be pushy and not listen to what you want, Matthew was the exact opposite. We will absolutely be back for all future jewelry needs and highly recommend to everyone!
