5 /5 Mary Beckett: We have used M&M jeweler for over 15 years and have had nothing but professional quality service. It’s an immigrant family own business. The jeweler, his wife, his daughter, everyone has been completely friendly and professional to us. We have had battery watches installed, jewelry repaired and made multiple purchases from here. We will continue to use them as our go to jeweler. As for the negative reviews on here, all I can say is we have never had that experience. But as a business owner, we always have to understand that sometimes people do have a bad day and you should give the business owner a chance to make something right. We have also had people post negative reviews that were never our customers and got us confused with someone else. When requested to make things right or to have the negative review taken down but these people failed to respond.
