Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. Art Guerrero Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. Bernie Wong Great experiences. We went to Henrys a few years back to resize my wifes engagement ring and they did a superb job. Today went back as the stone was loose and Henrys reset the ring (re-did the prongs and polished). Was nervous about leaving the ring for few hours, asked if I could wait there and it was done in less than an hour. Great prices and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

She saw me looking slightly lost in the silver store and complimented my gold jewelry, then asked if I have been to their golden store next door… I didn’t even know this store was there! So when I popped over she happened to be at the counter and was so patient as she helped me try on dozens of rings for the perfect fit. I love it and I will be back!! ❤️❤️

Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.
