5 /5 Alexander Aguilar: Perfect service from this girl called Julie I was having such a hard time to find some jewelry but that girl was helping me she was so nice, kind and she was so patient with me that was so accommodating. Personally she should get a raise or be the manager lol. Felt nice getting out the store with something to buy. I will definitely go back and buy some more!!

3 /5 Itsme Itsme: Love love love this store but whose idea was it to be closed on "Mothers Day" of all days?????!!!!!. I arrived to spend money for a nice gift to find them closed. Even if you normally close on Sundays, dont u think u loose valuable money deals that day. Oh well, gave my money to a different store. Good luck with that practice.....itsme itsme

3 /5 arlethdelaf: I visited the Swarovski store at the Roseville galleria on November 6, 2021 around 5-6 pm. I found exactly what I was looking for and everything was fine with my purchase except the customer service. The lady that was there didn’t greet us when we came in and did her best to ignore us. Every question we asked was short and with a tone. She definitely acted like she was royalty or something. When she finally checked us out she did not thanked us for the purchase or anything. She handed us the bag and seemed extremely bothered by our presence. By far this has been one of the worst customer service that I have experienced at one of your stores. I hope my review helps you to fix the lack of customer service or may be for people to find somewhere else to shop.

5 /5 Art Guerrero: Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!
