In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options. I was soooo happy walking or should I say, skipping out of Helzberg with my new beautiful upgraded Diamond ring! My husband and I were so pleased! Especially me! A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.
